Extremely disappointed

"I bought my case for a 4 week trip around India. The locks malfunctioned on the last week of my holiday. We eventually managed to get it open and I then had to buy padlocks to lock again as didn’t trust the existing lock’s (as they had malfunctioned the day before too) Extremely disappointed - it’s not a cheap case and would have expected better. Contacted Kipling on my return, but they only offered to repair the case. I had had it a total of 6 weeks. The pockets are good, but the case is quite heavy empty."

Good size case

"I love Kipling luggage and handbags, this case is a good size, I chose the ultimate plum, I only ordered it a month ago and now it is hugely reduced!!! There is a problem with this case, it is the inner straps they are so far apart and near to the side of the case that they don't hold the clothes in place they need to be further in. It may be how it is meant to be but I am going to have to buy some sort of strap to wrap around these straps to stop the clothes from sliding to one side of the case when it is upright."
