Loyalty Policy

Effective date: This Loyalty Policy was updated on 16th July 2025 and is effective as of that date.

Kipling, a division of VF International Sagl (“Kipling”), is offering My Kipling Membership Program (“Program” or “My Kipling Program”) through its website, accessible at www.kipling.com and corresponding local URLs, and through Kipling participating stores. The Program is subject to the following Program Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”). By registering to become a Member of My Kipling Program and by participating in the Program, you (i) represent that you are 18 years of age or older and (ii) agree to the following Program Terms. My Kipling Membership Program is sponsored by Kipling®, a division of VF International Sagl.

WHEN ACCESSING OR USING THE PROGRAM AND RELATED SERVICES IN ANY WAY, YOU MUST CONFIRM, BY TICKING THE APPROPRIATE BOX(ES), THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS, AS WELL AS THE WEBSITE TERMS OF USE, AND KIPLING PRIVACY POLICY, AS THEY MAY BE UPDATED AND AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME WITH PRIOR NOTICE (COLLECTIVELY, “TERMS AND POLICIES”). SHOULD YOU OBJECT TO ANY TERM OR CONDITION OF THESE TERMS AND POLICIES, OR IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE OR AUTHORIZED TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS AND POLICIES, THEN DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PROGRAM OR RELATED SERVICES. COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS CREATE A LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE CONTRACT UNDER WHICH YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND POLICIES. PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND POLICIES CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

1. MY KIPLING MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW

When you join the Program, it allows you to access benefits through Kipling website and to earn ‘Kipling Points’ on your purchases made at selected Kipling stores, selected Kipling Outlet stores and the Kipling website (www.kipling.com). You may also earn ‘Kipling Points’ by participating in certain special activities or campaigns announced by Kipling® from time to time. The Program offers Members access to certain benefits, some of which are offered to all participating Members, while some are limited to specific Member segments.

2. MEMBER BENEFITS

My Kipling Membership Program has lots of benefits.

• Free Membership: Everyone with the minimum age of 18 can participate in the Program for free (offline and online).
• Welcome gift voucher: When signing up for the Program, Members are rewarded with a 10% discount voucher, which can be used for the next purchase. The Welcome gift voucher will be sent by email and is not valid in combination with other Kipling promotions or vouchers and will be valid for 90 days after issuing.
• Birthday present: Members will receive a 15% discount voucher in the month of their registered birthday. The voucher will be sent by email and is not valid in combination with other Kipling promotions or vouchers and will be valid for 90 days after issuing.
• Discount vouchers: Members are able to save Points for a discount voucher. When buying Kipling items in the selected stores or online you receive Kipling Points for your spent. For example, every 1000 Points on the personal Membership balance, Members are rewarded with a 10% discount voucher.
• More Happy presents: On top of saving Kipling Points, Members are – depending on their points level – randomly surprised with happy presents and invitations to exclusive events.

Not all rewards and presents are and will be communicated and included in the Program’s communications, but will be communicated via 1 to 1 campaigns. Happy presents depend on Member’s Points level and will vary.

3. MEMBERSHIP

1. Eligibility: You must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age to become Member. If you do not so qualify, you are prohibited from accessing, using and registering for the Program. Employees of all VF Corporation brands and individuals receiving a discount or free product to represent a VF Corporation brand are not eligible.
2. How to Join: You may register to become My Kipling Member in different ways:
1. Online at www.kipling.com by creating an account, providing certain information, including first and last name and email, indicating that you want to be a Loyalty Member, and accepting the Terms & Policies; or
2. at any of selected Kipling stores and participating Kipling Outlet stores by providing a minimum of details (like name and email address) to sign up to be a Member. After registration you will automatically receive an email confirming your personal My Kipling Membership details. [Option not available at the moment]

Once you complete the request online (www.kipling.com) or at one of the selected Kipling stores, you will be considered My Kipling Member and start accessing benefits and earning Kipling Points. By way of illustration and not limitation: prospective Members may be required to provide their first and last name, gender, legitimate electronic mail address, and/or certain additional information (such as, for example, preferred contact method, tenure with Kipling interest, and products and services of interest, date of birth); prospective Members will be required to establish an account password.

3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and other account information, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to ensure that you exit or log out from your account at the end of each session of accessing your account. You agree to notify us immediately by contacting Customer Care by filling in the web form of any unauthorized use of your Member account.
4. Benefits of the Program: The Program is structured to offer certain benefits, some of which are only available to certain segments of Members. In order to be able to access Benefits of the Program, you must be a full Member, which requires you to set up an account at www.Kipling.com and accept Terms & Policies. When setting up the account, you are responsible for creating a complex password to protect your account and for ensuring that you do not share your password with others.

Updating information: You are responsible for providing the correct personal information (e.g., email address) to receive Kipling information and to ensure proper accounting and receipt of Kipling Points. As a result, each Member is responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information. You may update your personal information online (www.kipling.com), or in selected Kipling stores.

4. EARNING KIPLING POINTS

A Kipling account allows Member to earn Kipling Points. The different ways of savings are communicated to Member via the website and email. Member can earn Kipling Points in various ways:

1. Signing up to the Kipling Account: By signing up for the Program, you are entitled to Kipling Points as a Member.
2. By making a purchase: When you shop in one of the selected Kipling stores or at www.kipling.com you will receive ten (10) Kipling Point for every pound/euro/CHF/10 SEK spent on any eligible product that is purchased (a "Qualifying Purchase," as further described below).

The Kipling Points will be added into your Kipling account when you provide at the time of purchase your personal Membership card in store or by shopping online with a valid and registered Kipling account.

If you did not provide your Membership card in store, or if you did not use your online valid and registered Kipling account at the time of purchase, you may call or contact Customer Care and upon verification by Customer Care of your purchase or activity and that you did not previously receive Kipling Points for the purchase or activity, the Kipling points will be added into your personal account.

Kipling Points are only issued on the netto transactional amount: so, discounted products are rewarded with Kipling Points after deduction of the discount amount.

Kipling Points can only be redeemed by a discount voucher issued by Kipling.

Qualifying Purchases include regular and sale priced merchandise in selected Kipling Stores, participating Kipling Outlet Stores and online at www.kipling.com with the exception of Sample Sale items. Sample Sale items are excluded from My Kipling Rewards and Kipling Points are not earned for purchases of such items. No Kipling Points are earned when purchasing Gift Cards or eGift Cards from Kipling, but you do earn Kipling Points when redeeming a Gift Card or an eGift Card at selected Kipling Stores, participating Kipling Outlet Stores or online at www.kipling.com. In addition, no Kipling Points are earned for payment of sales tax, gift boxes or wrapping, or for shipping and handling costs.

3. By making a purchase on special products/categories: You can earn extra Kipling Points should you decide to purchase products belonging to certain collaborations between Kipling and/or other partners, or products from particular collections (e.g. Back to school, Back-to-Work styles, sustainable products etc.).

The Kipling Points you have earned through a purchase (including extra Kipling Points for designated products, if applicable), will be netted from your overall Kipling Points total if the item/merchandise is returned. Returns of merchandise purchased will be deducted from the Member's Kipling Points balance. Kipling Points have no cash value. You cannot give or transfer your Kipling Points to anyone else.

4. Actions on the profile and participation in certain activities: Kipling Points may also be earned for participation in certain activities designated and announced by Kipling:
• By giving profiled-marketing consent: Should you freely choose to give your consent in order to receive promotional and marketing communications from Kipling, you will be entitled to extra Kipling Points.
• By completing personal data, updating our profile with extra requested information, so that Kipling can personalize the communication to a Member, selecting Members based on purchase activity, geographic location, program participation, and/or information supplied.

All of a Member’s unredeemed Kipling Points will expire and be forfeited twelve (12) months from the date the Member earned those Points (which, for Points earned from Qualifying Purchases, such date shall be the date of the Qualifying Purchase). In addition, any unredeemed Points that remain in a Member’s account will expire and will be forfeited if the Program is terminated. Kipling reserves the right to terminate, change, limit, modify, or cancel any of the above means of earning Kipling Points and the number of Kipling Points earned per mean, at any time, with notice, however this would in no way be of prejudice to those rights acquired by the Members.

A Member can earn Kipling Points from a specific type of action just once. Repeating the same action will not entitle the Member to additional Kipling Points.

5. REDEEMING KIPLING POINTS AND VOUCHER RULES

When My Kipling Member has collected 1000 Points, she/he is entitled to receive a 10% discount voucher.

When My Kipling Member has collected 1500 Points, she/he is entitled to receive a 15% discount voucher.

When My Kipling Member has collected 2000 Points, she/he is entitled to receive a 20% discount voucher.

My Kipling Member will be entitled to receive a 15% discount voucher on her/his birthday.

My Kipling Member will be entitled to receive welcome gift voucher with a 10% discount when he/she completed the enrolment in My Kipling account.

The most important specifications are stated below:

• Discount vouchers have a validity of 90 days after issuance date.
• Discount vouchers can only be redeemed on a purchase with a minimum spend:

• Minimum required registration is a condition to receive and redeem Kipling Points and so also discount vouchers, welcome gift vouchers and birthday discount vouchers.
• Welcome gift vouchers and birthday discount vouchers are issued to the Member via e-mail
• All others discount vouchers are directly visible in cart at checkout.
• Discount vouchers, welcome gift vouchers and birthday discount vouchers are personal and can only be redeemed in selected Kipling stores and/or selected Kipling outlet stores in combination with your loyalty Membership card and online (at www.kipling.com) by using your Kipling online account.
• Discount vouchers can only be redeemed online at www.kipling.com.
• Discount vouchers, welcome gift vouchers and birthday discount vouchers can only be redeemed on Kipling products.
• The 10% welcome gift or 15% birthday voucher is not valid in combination with discount vouchers or other actions, nor are the 10% welcome gift voucher and the 15% birthday voucher valid in combination.
• The Kipling.com website only allows My Kipling Members to redeem one Kipling voucher per transaction.
• Each discount voucher, welcome gift voucher and birthday voucher contains a unique barcode that is linked with My Kipling Member. This unique barcode must either be scanned in store or must be entered in the online checkout process.
• When the discount voucher is issued, the Member’s point balance is recalculated; 1.000 (one thousand) Kipling Points (or more in case of multiples discount vouchers) are deducted from the account.
• My Kipling Members can receive multiple discount vouchers with a maximum of 6 vouchers per year.
• When a Member returns a product that has been paid partly with a discount voucher, welcome gift voucher or birthday voucher, the discount voucher will be lost.

6. EMAIL

1. By registering for the Program, you acknowledge to have read and understood Kipling Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.
2. By registering for the Program, you agree to receive transactional (e)mails regarding the Program. These may include information about Program, Benefits, Program updates, and other related materials. In order to participate in the Program, Members may be unable to unsubscribe completely from service emails about the Program, as it may still be necessary to send some service email for important matters from time to time. If Members want to make sure they will not receive any transactional emails about the Program, they can cancel their Membership in the Program as described below in the General Terms.
3. In addition, if you have expressly given your consent to receive profile-based marketing communications, you will receive emails regarding promotions, events, and other promotional activities. If you want to unsubscribe from Kipling promotional emails, you can do it at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails, you can contact us at our Customer Care Department by filling in the web form  or at our Privacy Office at privacy_europe@vfc.com. We will send you promotional emails about Kipling products and services if you have provided prior consent to receive such emails.

7. GENERAL TERMS OF MY KIPLING PROGRAM

1. Membership in My Kipling Program and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Kipling, which reserves the right to terminate, change, limit, modify, or cancel any Program rules, regulations, benefits, or conditions of participation at any time.
2. If Kipling changes or modifies these Terms, it will provide one month notice of any changes through these Terms online and in store. Electing to remain a My Kipling Member after a change in the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The revisions to the Program that Kipling may make include any of the following changes: (i) increase or decrease the number of Kipling Points earned on a Qualifying Purchase; (ii) increase the number of Kipling Points required to earn a reward or reward voucher (iii) change the method of becoming a My Kipling Member; (iv) institute or add blackout dates for earning Kipling Points.
3. These Terms are void where and to the extent prohibited by law.
4. Membership is limited to one Membership per person and per email address. In the event of a dispute over ownership of a Member account, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of registration as determined by Kipling. For purposes of these Terms, the "authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to the submitted email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
5. In the event of a dispute over ownership of My Kipling account, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of registration.
6. Abuse of the Program, including failure to abide by these Terms, the sale or barter (or the attempted sale or barter) of Reward vouchers and/or other rewards, Kipling Points, promotional offers, and any misrepresentation of fact relating the reto or other improper conduct as determined by Kipling in its sole judgment may result in cancellation of a Member's account and future disqualification from Program participation, forfeiture of all Kipling Points accrued, and cancellation of previously issued but unused Reward or gift vouchers. At our discretion we Kipling may – at its sole discretion – prosecute abuse of the Program to the fullest extent of the law.
7. You may cancel My Kipling Membership at any time by contacting our Kipling's Customer Care or our Privacy Office at the following address privacy_europe@vfc.com. If you cancel My Kipling Membership, your accrued Kipling Points will be forfeited.
8. Kipling Points are not transferable and may not be combined among My Kipling Members or conveyed by any means to anyone, including through My Kipling Member's estate, and may not pass to My Kipling Member's successors and/or assignees. Accrued Kipling Points do not constitute property of My Kipling Member. Accrued Kipling Points are not transferable by My Kipling Member upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or otherwise.
9. YOU AGREE THAT PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, AND USE OF ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RELATED TO THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING ALL BENEFITS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. Kipling is not responsible for events outside its control. If the provision of the Program is affected by an event outside its control, then Kipling will notify Members as soon as possible to let you know and will take reasonable steps to minimize the effect of the event on the Program.
11. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KIPLING DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM AND KIPLING WEBSITES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS WILL NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Kipling is responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaching these Terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the Terms were agreed, both we and you knew it might happen.
13. KIPLING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR MISUSE OF THE KIPLING WEBSITES, FROM YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE KIPLING WEBSITES, OR FROM INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, AND ALTERATION OF THE KIPLING WEBSITES, DUE TO REASONS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF KIPLING, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LOSS IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF KIPLING, ITS AGENTS OR DISTRIBUTORS OR THAT OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED, AND THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN ADDITION, CERTAIN OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO NOT PERMIT LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, SOME OF THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
14. YOU AGREE TO HOLD KIPLING, ITS OFFICERS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, VENDORS, SUPPLIERS AND EMPLOYEES, HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES AND COURT COSTS, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR SUBMISSIONS.
15. My Kipling Program and these Terms will be governed by and construed under the substantive laws Belgium, without reference to conflict-of-laws considerations. Any claims must be raised and resolved in the federal or state courts located in Belgium, Europe.
16. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, or for any reason, unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
17. If a dispute arises, we strongly encourage you to first contact our Customer Care Department before starting a judicial proceeding. We value our relationships with our customers and will try to resolve your claims informally and quickly.
18. The Kipling logo, My Kipling Program logo, and other logos and taglines are the intellectual property of Kipling.
