Proprio per questo mi aspettavo dall'azienda una maggiore cura e attenzione tanto nel confezionamento (buttata alla rinfusa nel cartone senza un minimo di protezione, anche solo un sacchetto di nylon ad avvolgerla) quanto nella spedizione. . . Per quanto il corriere abbia sicuramente delle responsabilità, viste le pessime condizioni in cui mi è stato consegnato il pacco, credo che un maggiore controllo da parte di Kipling sui partner che si sceglie possa essere fatto, visto che le borse non sono a buon mercato, neanche quando in offerta. Peccato!"
